Register For AED Convention 2012

• Early Registration Fee: $150 through February 1, 2012
• Non Member Registration Fee: $200 through February 1, 2012
• Late Registration Fee: $175 after February 1, 2012 (No Refunds)

• Gala and Awards Banquet (dinner included)

 

Please note that Hotel reservation is a separate process.

Convention Hotel is Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, 151 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.

 

Photographic Release

During the online registration process the individual submitting registrations will be asked to indicate agreement with the Society's Photographic Release for all persons registered. This allows Alpha Epsilon Delta's audio visual and still photography professionals to film and photograph Convention activities for on-site airing and future promotions.

 

Payment

Alpha Epsilon Delta requires payment within 15 days of chapter registration. Submit payment by check or money order AED National, TCU BOX 298810, Fort Worth, TX 76129.

 

Confirmation

Convention registrants will receive confirmation of registration by email within three business days of submitting a registration online.
